AMC Announces LPN Program

American Medical Careers Receives State Approval for Licensed Practical Nurse Program

American Medical Careers announced that it has received approval from the Michigan State Board of Nursing to offer a one-year Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate program at its Flint campus. Genesys Regional Medical Center will be the school’s clinical partner for the LPN program.

“With the increasing demand for nurses and other trained medical staff, we are confident that we can provide valuable training to people who wish to enter the medical field,” said Karl Kaufman, president of American Medical Careers. “Our one-year certificate program offers a fast-track to gaining highly marketable skills in a field where there is significant need.”
